Big boy...

This book is part of a series, highly recommendable, if you are able to ignore the wonnabepedagogic comments on the back of the books.

He also got his first scissor, which was a bigger hit than anticipated.

Obviously, a big boy needs his own keys.

I've been using the recipes from their book, and they are amazing! Basically you make a giant batch of yeast dough, put it in the refrigerator, and bake it during the following 2 weeks. This has several ingenious advantages. First and foremost, it is really quick the bake a bread when you want one, the dough is ready, just take it out of the fridge, leave it for half an hour or so, then throw it in the oven. And it is delicious!

I hate knitting gloves, but I hate cold fingers even more, so...
